Moore Lumber & Hardware has been supplying the Colorado building industry with quality lumber, hardware, and paint for over 75 years.

In 1946, William Sr. founded a planning operation in Shawnee, CO. With a passion for creating high-quality wood products, William Sr. started the business in a small workshop with just a few employees.

The following year, in 1947, William Sr. expanded his business by opening the first Moore Lumber Co. in Bailey, CO. The new business focused on selling lumber and building materials to contractors and do-it-yourselfers in the area.
